Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use farmerslink.ca or order from Farmer's Link ("we", "us") online or by phone. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Age and ID: 19+ only

  • You must be 19 or older to use this site or order from us.
  • New customers must verify their identity before their first order with a photo of their government-issued photo ID plus a selfie. The address on the ID must match the delivery address.
  • Please have your ID ready at delivery or curbside pickup. The person receiving the order must be the person who placed it.

2. Ordering

  • Order through our online menu or call (647) 868-8888.
  • Our Brampton, North York and York locations are for curbside pickup and delivery only. There is no walk-in shopping, so please order ahead. Toronto is a delivery-only service area.
  • Products are subject to availability, and an order is final only once we confirm it.
  • We may limit quantities, and we may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, a price is listed in error, or we can't verify your age or identity.

3. Prices and payment

  • Prices are in Canadian dollars. Your order total is confirmed with you when we confirm your order.
  • Payment is cash on delivery only, at all locations, including curbside pickup.
  • Promotions and coupons apply only while they are live on the site and can't be combined unless the offer says so.

4. Delivery

  • Hours: 9AM to 10:30PM daily. The first delivery goes out at 11AM, and last call for orders is 10PM.
  • Timing: same-day delivery usually arrives within 60 to 120 minutes. Times are estimates and can be longer because of traffic, weather, order volume or distance.
  • Minimum order: $50. A delivery fee may apply to some farther areas.

  • Your driver will send you an ETA when they are on the way. Please be available to meet them.

5. When we may refuse service

We may refuse or cancel a delivery or pickup if:

  • you can't show valid ID, or the ID doesn't match the order or the delivery address;
  • you appear to be under 19, or the order seems to be for someone under 19;
  • you appear to be intoxicated;
  • someone is behaving in an abusive or unsafe way, or the location isn't safe or accessible;
  • we suspect fraud, resale, or a breach of these terms or the law.

6. Checking your order and returns

  • Please check your order with the driver, or at curbside pickup, before they leave.
  • All sales are final, except for wrong or damaged items reported at the time of delivery. If something is wrong, tell the driver or call us right away so we can sort it out.

7. Responsible and legal use

  • Store cannabis products away from children and pets.
  • Never drive or operate machinery while impaired.
  • Follow Ontario and local rules on possession and where you can consume.
  • Don't resell our products or share them with anyone under 19.
  • Product descriptions on the site are general information only and are not medical advice.

8. Using the website

  • Don't misuse the site, for example by trying to access other people's accounts, interfering with how it works, or copying its content for commercial use.
  • Keep your account login private. You're responsible for activity on your account.
  • Website content, logos and images belong to Farmer's Link or its licensors.

9. Limits of our liability

  • We provide the site and our services "as is". We try to keep information accurate, but prices, stock, photos and descriptions may contain errors, and we may correct them at any time.
  • To the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by things outside our control, such as traffic, weather or road closures.
  • If we are responsible for a problem with an order, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
  • Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Ontario consumer protection law that can't legally be waived.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the current version. If you keep using the site or ordering after a change, you accept the updated terms.
