How do Reward Points work, and how do I redeem them?

  • You can earn Reward Points whenever you order from Farmer’s Link. 
  • For every $1 you spend, you’ll earn 5 Reward points. 
  • When you spend Reward Points, you’ll get a $10 discount for every 1,000 Reward Points you spend on your order.
  • In order to spend Reward Points, you have to bank at least 8,000.

Which payment methods will Farmer’s Link accept?

  • Farmer’s Link currently accepts Cash on Delivery.
  • We’re looking to expand that in the future, but for now we can only take Cash!

What’s a Sativa? Indica? Hybrid?

  • Those are the different phenotypes of Marijuana!
    • Sativa typically provides a physical sensation, or a ‘body high’
    • Indica is more associated with a ‘mind high,’ and more cerebral effects
    • Hybrid strains carry the traits of both Sativa and Indica

Can I cancel and/or change my order after placing it?

  • If the driver has already left with your order, it may not be possible to change it right away. However, we will work with you to find the best solution and get you a product you’ll enjoy.
